Richard Ring Kuach

Mr. Richard Ring Kuach has been dedicated to advancing STEM education and technological development across Sub Saharan Africa. Recognized as the Outstanding Staff of the Year 2022, he has significantly contributed to expanding STEMpower projects in South Sudan, East Africa, Western, ad Southern Africa establishing STEM Centers throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. He is founder and Director of South Sudan Robotics Clubs to participate in ITU – UN competitions and international and in Dubai, Singapore, and Mexico, Grece, Geneva highlights his commitment to fostering youth engagement in robotics and innovation.

With a strong academic background, Mr. Kuach holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Cavendish University Uganda (2015) and a Master of Science in Engineering specializing in Electronic Information and Communication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, China (2019). His professional experience includes serving as a Lecturer at the University of Juba’s School of Computer Science & Information Technology and acting as a technical mentor for South Sudan Robotics Clubs. Additionally, he worked as a Network Engineer consultant for the United Nations (2016-2017), contributing to telephony and network infrastructure projects within GITTS.
